Lio de Bruin's leather-needlework rugs at Basel Depot use indigenous craft techniques

During Art Basel (June 13–16), Depot Basel has asked 13 designers to exhibit a craft work alongside their drawings. Lio de Bruin‘s leather rugs will be part of the show. Using a variety of textile techniques from different cultures, de Bruin has created three highly tactile pieces of ‘leather needlework’.
