With designers becoming evermore aware of our need for new, ecological forms of creating interior products, an increasing number of carpet designs are appearing on the market which satisfy this requirement. The latest to join the trend is a collection of rugs by French designer Ora Ïto for rug producers Stepevi. Ïto’s Parquet rug is made of strips of carpet scraps, leftovers from rug production.
