Philadelphia-based Proper Rugs have some lovely designs, some of which the company showed off at ICFF earlier this year. If you are in Philadelphia do walk passed the window of the former Petulia’s Folly on Sansom Street, near Rittenhouse Square, where Mossy Rocks, Jungle Floral and Marbleized Knots will be on show.
